Ordering

How do I change or cancel my order?
Since our processing begins once an order is placed, we cannot currently change orders after they’ve been submitted. 
If you wish to cancel, please contact theteam@brownandcannidaco.com as soon as possible.


How can I track my order?
To track your order, please log in to your account and view your order history. You should also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If, for some reason you have not received a tracking number, please contact us.


How do I return my order?
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges. For more information, please refer to our return policy.


Do you offer gift wrapping? 
We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but please be on the lookout for that feature in the future.


Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer gift cards, but please be on the lookout for that feature in the future.

Shipping

I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me? 
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Your tracking email will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for your shipment.


Do you offer expedited shipping? 
Yes! On the checkout page, you will see all of your available shipping options (Ground, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day). For expedited orders to ship same-day, they must be placed before noon eastern time. 


Do you ship internationally? 
We currently do not ship internationally, but please be on the lookout for that feature in the future.
